Shipping policy

Keep in mind that it will take 2 to 3 business days to be processed once your order is placed. If a part takes more than 4 business days to process, you will be notified by the customer's email when placing the order. Weekends and holidays in the United States do not count as business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Taxes, duties, or additional fees charged for the merchandise sent to the destination, are borne by the buyer or recipient.
* Express delivery services: this service is not active at the moment.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE US
We ship to the entire United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO, US Territories, and Loosely Associated States.

SHIPPING METHODS
Our available shipping methods are United States Postal Service (USPS) Mail and Parcel Ground (FedEx or UPS depending on shipping facility).
Approximate delivery times are: Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days and will require additional time when shipping outside of the lower 48 states.
FedEx and UPS Ground can take up to 7 days, depending on your location.
* If the client wishes that upon receiving his package, he has a signature confirmation and wants his package to be insured, he must request the service before placing the order. It is available for an additional cost.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
FedEx offers excellent tracking service, and its delivery dates are very reliable. However, delivery times may vary by location.

TAXES
The taxes, duties, or fees generated with the importation by the customs entities of the recipient country are additional and said the recipient and client must pay costs.
